  next time cancel peoples appointments when its over 30 degree heat my friend felt sick after walking around the cones outside in the heat at 35.5 degrees heat outside in the sun, not everyone likes the heat or this horrible beach weather, they should know better that the sun is very bad for the skin, just as well my friend had her arms cover from the nasty sun

  After medical problems having kept me away for quite a long time, I was greeted back with open arms and with guidance and consultation from Chris, I was placed on an exercise program which was completely individualised for myself.
